The Flexible Part-Time Musician is an instrumentalist providing direct support to the Worship Team. As a member of the Worship Team, the Musician will lead instrumentally as a part of the band for weekly services. This could include but is not limited to any of the following: Sunday Services, CT Kids Worship, CT Student Worship, and/or other special services, camps or retreats. They may also lead rehearsals, provide musical help for volunteers during rehearsals and contribute creatively to the scheduled worship sets with the oversight/direction of the Lead Worship Pastor and/or Associate Worship Pastor.

The Administrative Support role will provide organizational and administrative support for the Kids ministry areas. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail oriented and values organization as well as thrives in a behind-the-scenes high level support role. This is a vital position providing support for the teams with general administrative projects, processing inventory orders, check requests, and budget tracking as well as other assigned projects. The position is also key to supporting the Lead Kids Pastor in a variety of high level aspects which is perfect for someone who has the ability to be a self-starter or also thrives in a collaborative environment. In the Administrative Support role, there is structure but also a variety of support responsibilities that add flexibility to the job keeping things active and fresh. This position requires leadership, discernment, and confidentiality.

The purpose of the Tech – Lighting/Video role is to provide support to the live production team. This role will be responsible for stage lighting programming, lighting operation, and general technical support for various service types in both the Student Center and the main Worship Center for Sundays, Wednesdays, and other events as scheduled.
